How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at connect@evisoles.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

If your request is made within 30 days of delivery and meets our eligibility requirements, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

Please package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and drop them off at the nearest carrier location.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and confirm they are in sellable condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.


Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Evisoles, we want you to feel confident and supported in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility Requirements

  • All items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in sellable condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Socks must be unworn and free of signs of use

  • Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided for eligible returns. Simply print the label, package your items, and drop them off at your nearest carrier location.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.

Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned through the original place of purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize.

Please contact us at connect@evisoles.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.

If possible, please include a photo of the issue, as this helps our quality control team ensure we’re consistently delivering the best product experience. Your feedback truly helps us improve.


Holiday Return Policy

To make gifting easier, we offer extended holiday returns.

Orders placed between November 15 and December 25 may be returned or exchanged through February of the following year, as long as all return eligibility requirements are met.
